About the role

As a Sales Representative, you will play an important role in driving business growth for a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation. Working alongside an experienced, supportive and collaborative team, you will help organisations create safer workplaces, protect vulnerable people, and meet their compliance obligations through our services.

Key responsibilities

- Manage inbound enquiries and qualify opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams
- Deliver onboarding and customer training sessions
- Conduct customer account reviews and engagement activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities
- Progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Follow up prospects and customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within Monday CRM
- Support customer retention, renewal, and account growth activities

About you

- Experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success,



or a similar customer-facing role
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to confidently engage customers and lead conversations
- Experience presenting products, services, or solutions to customers
- Strong sales judgement and commercial awareness
- The ability to identify opportunities and guide customers through the decision-making process
- Confidence in responding to customer questions and objections
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, self-motivated, and accountable approach to work
- Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and customer interactions
