All Seasons WA is a growing landscaping and outdoor-living business based in Vasse, servicing Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and the wider South West.

We deliver high-quality residential and commercial landscaping projects including paving, retaining walls, turf, planting, irrigation, drainage and complete outdoor transformations.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage incoming enquiries and turn qualified leads into approved, profitable landscaping projects.

This is a key growth role within the business. You will be the first point of contact for many new customers, helping them understand our services, arranging site visits, following up quotes and creating a professional customer experience from the first enquiry through to booking.

Key responsibilities

- Respond promptly to new enquiries from phone calls, website forms, email, social media, referrals, builders and property managers
- Contact and qualify leads by understanding the customer’s location, project requirements, budget, timing and decision-making process
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, property managers and commercial clients
- Book site visits, consultations and quote appointments for suitable opportunities
- Keep accurate notes, lead information, follow-up tasks and customer details in our job-management system
- Follow up submitted quotes by phone, email and SMS to answer questions, overcome objections and encourage customers to move forward
- Help customers understand project scopes, inclusions, timeframes and next steps
- Identify opportunities to add value through complementary services such as irrigation, drainage, turf, planting, paving and landscape construction




- Maintain a structured follow-up process so no suitable lead or quote is missed
- Monitor sales activity, lead stages, quote status and conversion results
- Provide clear, organised job handovers to the operations team once work is approved
- Assist in improving sales systems, scripts, customer communication and lead-conversion processes To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous sales, customer service, account management, estimating support or business-development experience
- Confidence speaking with customers by phone, email and in person
- Strong communication, relationship-building and listening skills
- A proactive, organised approach and the discipline to follow up consistently
- The ability to manage multiple leads and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Confidence using computers, email, CRM, quoting or job-management software
- A professional presentation and positive, solutions-focused attitude
- A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

Experience in landscaping, construction, building, home improvement, real estate or trade services will be highly regarded, but it is not essential. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, customer-focused and motivated by achieving results.
