About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist — audio visual / Unified Communication Solutions to join our team at our Dandenong South office on a full-time basis. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the audiovisual integrators or unified communications market. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to prospects, and managing the sales lifecycle from initial contact through to sales closure.

This role is pivotal to our continued growth and success in a competitive marketplace.

Key responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and build strong client relationships within the audiovisual integrators or unified communications market
- Identify new business opportunities and present tailored solutions to prospects
- Manage the sales lifecycle from initial contact through to sales closure
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Negotiate and close deals with a results-oriented approach
- Work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Maintain high level of organisational skills and attention to detail

About you

- At least 3+ years of experience as a Sales Specialist – Pro AV or Unified communications
- Proven track record of success in Unified communications, audio visual technology solutions sales, ideally within the AV and unified communications industry
- Strong understanding of audiovisual and/or unified communications systems,



products and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented approach
- Tertiary education in marketing or related field
- Understanding of Pro audio visual & unified communication retail and distribution in Australia and New Zealand
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in B2B sales, account management or technical sales is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of industry compliance, standards and certifications relevant to Pro Audio Visual and / or Unified Communications is preferred
