Company Description Air Additions Australia is a key supply chain partner for the commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC industry across Australia. The company distributes a broad range of air diffusion and air movement products, including grilles, diffusers, flexible duct, installation accessories, and domestic and commercial air-conditioning systems. Air Additions also manufactures and customises P3 panel boards and volume control dampers locally at its branches.

The business is committed to innovation in air movement and supports climate wholesalers, contractors, and customers through a dedicated team in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Coopers Plains, QLD. The Salesperson will focus on building and maintaining relationships with HVAC wholesalers, contractors, and customers, handling inbound and outbound sales activities, and promoting Air Additions’ product range. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate product information.

The role also involves maintaining product and industry knowledge, supporting local marketing initiatives, and contributing to sales targets and branch growth.



The Salesperson will be expected to provide professional customer service, respond to inquiries, and represent the company in a knowledgeable and reliable manner.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including experience in account management, consultative selling, and meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of HVAC products or a related technical field, with the ability to understand air diffusion and air movement equipment and explain features and advantages clearly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with contractors, wholesalers, and end customers both in person and over the phone.
- Solid organisational and time management skills, including managing multiple customer inquiries, quotes, and orders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and sales tools, such as CRM software, order entry platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a team environment, collaborating with warehouse, operations, and customer service staff to support smooth delivery of products.
- Previous experience in HVAC distribution, building services, or a similar industrial sales environment is highly regarded
