About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our Melbourne-based team. The successful candidate will work from our office and contribute to the development, customisation, maintenance and support of Salesforce solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working with business users, solving technical problems and building reliable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customise and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Work with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, flows and automation.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure Salesforce using declarative tools where appropriate.
- Assist with Salesforce integrations with external applications and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce technical issues.
- Participate in testing, debugging and deployment activities.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Support data migration, data quality and system enhancements.
- Follow Salesforce security, coding and development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience developing or configuring Salesforce solutions.




- Understanding of Salesforce CRM, Apex and Lightning Platform.
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) is desirable.
- Understanding of Salesforce Flow and automation.
- Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and development environments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the Melbourne office team.

Desirable
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps processes.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
- Relevant IT/Computer Science qualification.
