Join a high-performing team as a Salesforce Technical Lead and take ownership of delivering complex Salesforce Vlocity solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

- This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader to shape solution design, champion development best practices, and influence the evolution of a large-scale Salesforce platform.
- Working alongside architects, developers, UX specialists, and key stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in delivering robust, scalable, and user-focused solutions while mentoring team members and helping establish up-to-date DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

- 5-7+ years Salesforce Developer experience
- Recent Salesforce Technical Lead experience
- Experience with Salesforce Vlocity platform (Apex,



Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omniscripts, Flexcards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures)
- Object-oriented programming (OOP), frameworks, and design patterns
- Experience in helping build team capability, establishing/refining and influencing processes/practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Gitlab, Agile, DevOps and JIRA
- Salesforce Integration, REST APIs and Platform Events
- Salesforce related Certification is a plus
