About the role An experienced Salesforce QA Test Lead/Manager role providing quality leadership across enterprise Salesforce projects, platform enhancements and BAU operations.

Key responsibilities

- Define and maintain test strategies, quality frameworks, standards and governance

- Establish quality gates, release-readiness criteria and assurance processes

- Lead end-to-end testing across multiple projects, squads and vendors

- Review test strategies and plans prepared by QA teams

- Manage defect governance, triage, root-cause analysis and reporting

- Oversee testing for production fixes, enhancements, incidents and platform maintenance

- Support Salesforce seasonal releases, upgrades and regression testing

- Drive automation-first testing and quality engineering practices

- Establish reusable automation frameworks and regression suites

- Support CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub and shift-left testing initiatives

About you





- Proven experience as a QA Lead/Manager or Quality Engineering Lead

- Robust Salesforce testing experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud

- Strong functional, integration, API and end-to-end testing experience

- Hands-on automation experience using Selenium, Playwright or similar tools

- API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured or equivalent

- Experience designing automation frameworks, test-data solutions and regression suites

- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub and modern engineering practices

- Experience delivering across both project and BAU environments

- Experience managing partners, vendors and distributed delivery teams

- Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder-management capabilities
