Frankie’s is looking for a Sando Artist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a robust hospitality team.

About the Role

As a Sando Artist at Frankie’s, you’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling sandwiches to a high standard, maintaining consistency during service, and helping keep the kitchen organised and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches with attention to quality and presentation
- Assist with food prep and ingredient organisation
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout service
- Work efficiently during busy periods while staying detail-focused
- Contribute to a positive team environment and customer experience

What We’re Looking For





- Some experience in hospitality or a similar field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability

- Available 5am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays
