Sandwich Hand / Café All-Rounder

Sergio is looking for a reliable and energetic Sandwich Hand / Café All-Rounder to join our team at our Barangaroo location.

This is a Part-Time position, working Tuesday to Thursday with no weekend work.

Pay: $29–$32 per hour + super, depending on experience

About the role

- Morning kitchen and café setup
- Basic morning baking, including croissants, muffins, sausage rolls, cookies, and other baked items
- Preparing and replenishing the daily food display
- Sandwich preparation and production
- Preparing pasta, meal boxes, salads, and other takeaway items
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting the team with daily café operations

What we’re looking for
- Experience in a café, bakery, sandwich bar,



or casual dining environment preferred
- Basic baking and food preparation experience
- Confident preparing sandwiches and takeaway food
- Good attention to detail and presentation
- Clean, organised, and efficient
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Available Tuesday to Thursday
- No weekend work required
- Valid working rights in Australia
