- Driver's licence, must be legally able to tow a trailer

Not mandatory but highly regarded:
- Current Scaffolding ticket (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced)
- Solid experience on industrial or commercial sites

About the Role

You'll be working across major industrial sites in the region: power stations, hydro facilities, manufacturing plants, shutdowns and maintenance programs. Every site throws something different at you. A measurement that's off. A permit that lands late. Ground conditions nobody mentioned. We need someone who works through it, not someone who waits for someone else to.

You'll be

- Building, modifying and dismantling scaffold to suit real site conditions, not just the plan
- Running SWMS, handovers and inspections electronically through AroFlo, so you're comfortable with a tablet as part of the job
- Working as part of a crew that backs each other and expects a high standard
- Spotting problems before they become delays, and fixing them on the spot
- Developing skills that carry through to dogging, rigging and higher-level scaffolding

What Sets This Apart

We're not after someone who can just build scaffold. We want someone who wants to get better at it, and helps the people around them get better too. Skills degrade without reinforcement. Standards slip without repetition. Self-development isn't optional here, it's part of the job.

Further tickets, dogging, rigging, and into leadership if that's the direction you want to take it.

- See safety and paperwork as a box to tick, not part of the job
- Avoid using technology on site
- Work better alone than as part of a crew
