ACROW is currently seeking experienced local Gladstone Scaffolders for local works. Potential for FIFO opportunities for the right candidates.

We have a strong pipeline of secured work and are looking for reliable scaffolders who want consistent hours, solid crews, and long-term opportunities.

The work

- Tube & fit and system scaffold (Layher, Kwikstage, Uni-Ring)
- Industrial environments (plants, processing facilities, construction sites)
- Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding safely and efficiently

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 3 years scaffolding experience
- HRWL – Scaffolding (Basic / Intermediate / Advanced)




- Current Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Confined Space (highly regarded - within 2 years)
- Strong work ethic and safety focus
- Coal Board Medical / Standard 11 / Glencore Mine Induction (not essential, but highly regarded)
