They will ideally have experience with a range of software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, and word processing. Suitable applicants should have good interpersonal skills, with a solid focus on customer service and the ability to work both unsupervised and within a team environment. As School Officer your responsibilities include completing various administrative duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Manager Corporate Services in administering the schools attendance, enrolments, marketing, financial and human resources. Other responsibilities as the School Officer include administering the operation of schools databases, records and management information systems.
The successful applicant will ideally possess good word processing skills and knowledge of data software packages like Student Information Systems (SIS) – Integris, RM Billing and MGM Outreach would be highly desirable. Knowledge and experience in RM Finance payments,
purchase card reconciliation and processing and HRMIS processing would also be highly desirable but not essential.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
