Scrum Masters are currently required for a three-month contract to support the establishment of new teams as part of a broader transition of ICT teams to a Shared Services model.
We are looking for adaptable professionals who can coach teams that are new to agile, work effectively in an ICT/shared services environment, and tailor methodologies to suit the unique needs of each team rather than applying frameworks rigidly.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and embed appropriate Scrum or Kanban ways of working tailored to the team's environment.
- Coach team members and leaders who are relatively new to agile methodologies.
- Help teams structure, visualize, and manage their work and demand.
- Implement meaningful team and flow metrics to support continuous improvement.

- Strong practical experience in both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- A solid understanding of SAFe/scaled agile environments
- Exceptional coaching and communication skills
- A pragmatic and adaptable approach to framework implementation.
- Ability to work in a newly forming team setting and build sustainable practices from the ground up.
