Ultimate Security is currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team at one of Sydney's most recognised and iconic landmarks in the Sydney CBD. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-profile environment while being part of a professional security team dedicated to maintaining the safety and security of visitors, staff, contractors, and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine patrols of the site and surrounding areas
- Maintain a visible and skilled security presence
- Monitor and control access points
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and emergency services as required
- Adhere to site-specific procedures, policies, and safety requirements

Selection Criteria

- A current NSW Security Licence
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- A professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining a safe environment
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and various shift times
