Acecom Fire & Security is a leading provider of high-quality Wet & Dry Fire Protection Systems, Electronic Security Systems, Structured Data Networking, Nurse Call Systems, Intercom and Access Control Systems and CCTV systems. We are a locally owned and operated business based in the Northern Territory with offices in Darwin & Alice Springs. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is happy to work in a team environment in our Darwin office.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Security Technician to become an integral member of our energetic installation and service team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to remain at the forefront of the industry, with access to cutting-edge technologies and trends through ongoing formal training and certifications.

Due to our continued growth, we require an individual with experience in the Electronic Security Field to join our Darwin team. Reporting directly to the NT Operations Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems throughout the Northern Territory for both our commercial and government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electronic security systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic security systems.




- Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Complete job sheets and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Be willing to fly remote on day trips on our own company aircraft to service the outer NT region.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Electronic Security Technician
- Open cabler's license
- White Card
- Working with Children Card
- Be eligible to obtain a police clearance.
- Certification on Inner Range Inception, Tecom Avigilon CCTV will be an advantage.
- Willingness to fly remote on our own company aircraft to service the outer NT region.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
