Senior Advisor Customer Insights
- Ongoing, full time (35hp/w) opportunity
- Clerk Grade 9/10 - $133,348 to $146,945 base salary per annum plus superannuation and annual leave loading
- Bathurst location - flexible working arrangements may be available in line with the DCS Flexible Working Policy
About Spatial Services Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales. Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying and mapping.
Spatial Services provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally.
About the role
As the Senior Advisor Customer Insights, you will:
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to improve customer access to Spatial Services data, products and services.
- Deliver customer insights, analytics, reporting and project support to drive informed decision-making.
- Champion a customer-first approach to improve customer outcomes and experiences.
- Collaborate across the full product lifecycle, including development, release, maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Help deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities and build strong relationships with customers, partners, community groups and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate and deliver outreach initiatives, including events, workshops and communication campaigns.
- Promote Spatial Services programs, products and services to a broad range of audiences.
- Support best practice standards for the quality, management and delivery of spatial data.
- Identify and promote business development opportunities for Spatial Services products and services.
- Contribute to the successful delivery, adoption and ongoing enhancement of NSW POINT for Spatial Services customers.
The ideal candidate will have
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to both a changing environment as well as priorities
- The ability to solve problems and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading teams and delivering outcomes
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications and/or professional/industry accreditation and/or relevant industry experience
