About The Role The Senior Advisor, Quality and RTO Compliance leads the continuous improvement and quality assurance of learning across Triple Zero Victoria, helping ensure learning is effective, evidence-based and aligned with organisational capability and performance needs.

The role oversees the implementation and ongoing application of TZV’s Learning Evaluation Framework and provides specialist oversight of RTO quality and compliance, including regulatory requirements, audit readiness, validation and moderation. Working collaboratively across the organisation, the role uses evaluation, learning, workforce and operational insights to identify opportunities to improve learning quality and outcomes.

Day To Day Responsibilities Include

- Lead the implementation, oversight and continuous improvement of TZV’s Learning Evaluation Framework, supporting consistent evaluation of learning effectiveness across the organisation.
- Establish learning quality assurance and continuous improvement processes, using evaluation findings, learner feedback, audit outcomes and operational data to identify and drive improvements.
- Lead and coordinate TZV’s RTO quality and compliance activities, including audit readiness, validation and moderation, regulatory reporting and compliance with VRQA requirements.




- Provide specialist advice and assurance on learning design, delivery and assessment quality, working collaboratively with learning owners and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate learning quality and evaluation reporting, analysing learning, workforce and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.

About You The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain an appropriate qualification relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
- Demonstrated experience in learning quality assurance, learning evaluation, RTO compliance, vocational education and training, or a comparable learning governance setting.
- Demonstrated experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to learning, assessment, capability or organisational performance.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in RTO compliance, regulatory requirements, audit preparation and quality assurance processes.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting data and evidence to identify trends, risks, systemic issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with learning professionals, operational leaders and subject matter experts to drive quality improvement.
