New Entry Behaviour Support Practitioners

This may be a great opportunity if you are currently studying, have lived experience, or are looking to move into a meaningful career in the disability sector.

We welcome applicants who are studying or qualified in areas such as:

- Psychology
- Social Work
- Nursing
- Teaching
- Counselling
- Allied Health
- Disability, community services or related fields

You may also have lived experience supporting people with disability, mental health, trauma,



neurodivergence or complex needs and be looking to turn that experience into a professional career pathway.

You must live in NSW or QLD to apply.

Senior Behaviour Support Practitioners

We are seeking experienced practitioners who are registered with the NDIS Commission at Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level.

Senior practitioners will need experience developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans, conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments, supporting teams and working collaboratively with families, providers and multidisciplinary teams.

About the role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed supports
- Work alongside families, carers and support teams
- Provide guidance and training to support workers
- Support participants to build emotional regulation, independence and quality of life
- Contribute to safe, ethical and meaningful behaviour support practice
