Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a growing team in Adelaide. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with extensive experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, payroll systems administration, and supporting payroll transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll system data and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
- Complete month-end and year-end payroll activities, including superannuation and payroll tax
- Support payroll system implementation, testing (UAT), data migration, and process documentation
- Prepare payroll reports and respond to payroll-related enquiries




- Assist with Kronos system administration and continuous process improvements

About You

- 10–12 years' payroll experience in a medium to large organisation
- Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, superannuation, and payroll tax
- Experience with payroll systems such as CHRIS21, SAP, and/or Kronos (highly regarded)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in payroll projects, system implementations, and process documentation
