The Guzman y Gomez team is seeking a Shift Leader in Queensland to guide and develop a quick-paced crew, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict adherence to food safety standards. You will lead by example, coaching staff and maintaining high service levels during busy shifts.

Training and support are provided, with clear career pathways toward higher restaurant leadership roles; background checks may be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
