Job Description

Capstone Recruitment Group Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks a Facilities Manager focused on hard services for a premium A-grade tower owned by a landlord. You will operate within the Victorian in office team with no direct reports, concentrating on technical and operational building management.

You will oversee mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic systems, BMS monitoring and capital works delivery while collaborating closely with site colleagues and stakeholders.
