About The Role CPBS is seeking a full-time or part-time Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our established Hobart team based in New Town . Working alongside a highly experienced clinical team, you'll deliver high-quality behaviour support services, mentor practitioners, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children, adults and their support networks across Tasmania.

What You'll Do

- Complete introductory and intermediate training in Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS)
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
- Provide behaviour support services to individuals and care teams in a variety of settings
- Provide clinical support and training to practitioners, support workers and caregivers
- Collaborate with NDIS participants, families, allied health professionals and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete report writing in line with legislative requirements

Skills and Experiences: What We’re Looking For

- A bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support
- An NDIS Practitioner ID, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Behaviour Analyst or Behaviour Therapist
- Strong report writing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A passion for improving outcomes for the people and families we support
