Located in the Adelaide CBD, our well established boutique business and wealth advisory firm is currently going through a phase of growth due to our success.

Our practice offers services within bookkeeping, tax and business services accounting, SMSF and financial planning to a large and varied client base.

We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper for a full-time/part-time position to add to our team.

About the Role To meet our longstanding commitment to client services, you will be exposed to a wide range of diverse clients, from small to large businesses within different industries.

This position will be full-time/part-time with some flexibility if required. You may be required to work both on and offsite.

About You The successful applicant will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and be dedicated to get the job done efficiently and accurately.

- You will possess a minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience in public practice and or bookkeeping services
- Ideally hold relevant Bookkeeping qualifications




- Advanced knowledge of Xero & MYOB accounting software with experience in payroll
- Robust understanding of the Chart of Accounts and coding
- A flexible, adaptable and positive approach to your work and colleagues

Responsibilities You will be responsible for full function bookkeeping and accounts, including but not limited to:

- Payroll, Superannuation, End of Month Accounts, Bank recs, and general Bookkeeping
- BAS/IAS preparation and lodgement
- Accounts payable
- Invoicing
- Assisting with the preparation of Income Tax Returns for individuals and all entities including companies, partnerships, trusts
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
