Senior Business Analyst | Business Transformation & Change12-Month Contract | Adelaide

Hays Technology is partnering with a large South Australian organisation undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation program. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic initiatives focused on improving information sharing, system integration, and business process optimisation across a complex environment.

Your New Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements for large-scale transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements while supporting the delivery of technology-enabled change across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements.
- Developing process maps, workflows, user journeys, and future-state operating models.
- Producing high-quality business analysis artefacts, including user stories, use cases, and requirements documentation.
- Conducting gap analysis and supporting solution design activities.
- Supporting testing, user acceptance activities, and implementation planning.




- Working collaboratively with project managers, architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5 Years + experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large and complex ICT or enterprise transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering experience.
- Demonstrated experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong business process modelling and documentation skills.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar requirements management tools.
- Exceptional communication, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.
