- 75 hours per fortnight
- Based at Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association
- Between $105,577 and $111,209 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience
The Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association (LEAHA) has been developed in partnership with the Aboriginal community of Lakes Entrance to improve access to healthcare for our people. LEAHA aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the Aboriginal peoples within the community and around Lakes Entrance, Lake Tyers Beach, Lake Bunga, Swan Reach, Tambo Upper, Metung and surrounding areas.
The Senior Cultural Lead provides executive-level cultural leadership, strategic advice, advocacy and Community engagement across LEAHA. The role ensures Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, Community voice, self-determination and cultural integrity are embedded across organisational strategy, governance, service delivery, partnerships and policy.
Qualifications And Experience
- Experience in Aboriginal health, community-controlled health,
community services, social justice, healing, advocacy or related sectors.
