Lemonade Digital is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.

This is a senior role with real scope. You'll lead digital marketing strategy across the board, organic search, paid media, social, and beyond. You'll help shape how we deliver and develop our offering as an agency, while staying hands-on with the work. We're a small, experienced team, and we want someone who's comfortable doing both.

What you'll be doing

- Leading digital marketing strategy across a varied client portfolio: organic search, paid media, social, and other channels
- Working closely with clients: presenting strategy, reporting on results, and building robust relationships
- Helping shape and develop Lemonade's service offering as we grow
- Collaborating with the broader team across web and development
- Mentoring and leading where needed as the team continues to expand

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of digital marketing experience,



ideally agency-side
- Broad, proven experience across digital marketing: organic search, paid media (Google Ads, Meta, social platforms), and other channels
- A strategic thinker who's still comfortable working in the tools
- Confident communicator who can hold their own in front of clients
- Someone who wants to lead and shape a digital offering, not just execute it
