What You'll Be Working On
- Commercial projects generally between $20M - $50M
- Education, hospitality and general commercial
- Current build and refurbishment
- D&C;, ECI and traditional tenders
- Structured tender programmes with realistic timeframes
- Early involvement in methodology and buildability
You'll work within an experienced estimating team with strong input from construction and senior management throughout the tender process.

You'll bring
- Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Extensive commercial estimating experience
- Experience pricing projects of comparable size and complexity
- Strong measurement and analytical capability
- Established subcontractor relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Stable employment history
- Reliable references
