About the Role Join our Fraud and Intelligence team to help detect, prevent and reduce financial crime across insurance products. You will investigate complex fraudulent activity, assess risks and use data to identify patterns, anomalies and emerging threats. Your insights will support regulatory compliance, protect customers and safeguard the organisation’s assets and reputation.

Working with compliance, legal, risk, technology and insurance teams, you will provide clear advice and practical recommendations. You will also improve analytical methods, controls and reporting to strengthen our financial crime response.

What You'll Do

- Conduct detailed investigations into scams and financial crimes identifying the scope, impact and people involved.
- Analyse complex datasets to uncover patterns, anomalies, emerging trends and financial crime typologies.
- Complete risk assessments and recommend controls that reduce vulnerabilities across systems and processes.
- Prepare accurate regulatory submissions, executive reports and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor financial crime systems and adjust processes to improve detection, efficiency and compliance.
- Develop policies, guidance and training that improve financial crime awareness and prevention capability.

What You'll Bring

- 4+ years of experience in operational scams, fraud or financial crimes across telecommunications, digital platforms or financial services. Plus, two years of analytics experience.
- Apply strong data analytics skills with ability to create accurate, clear reporting.
- Demonstrate experience writing risk assessments, executive reports and regulatory documentation.
- Interpret complex information and explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.




- Use sound knowledge of financial crime laws, regulations, industry standards and investigative methods.
- Hold a qualification in intelligence, law, financial crime or equivalent. Experience with analyst notebook or similar visual analysis tools is also highly desirable.
