Position Summary The Senior General Maintenance Worker will work under general guidance within clearly defined guidelines. You will be responsible for a minor function based on their skills and experience; this may involve resolving minor issues in the relevant work area within established work practices. They may also be required oversee and/or guide the work of a limited number of Gardener and Maintenance Workers while on a job.

We will be hiring for one Part Time vacancies with approximately 22.5 hours per week.

Duties

- Greeting visitors and service participants to various Cultura work locations and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment is provided.
- Maintain qualified standards including undertaking work in a timely and safe manner;
- Ensure all equipment is used and maintained appropriately;
- Learn current skills, follow instructions and ask questions when unsure;
- Responsibility over a minor function based on their skills and experience;
- Resolving minor procedural issues within established work practices;
- May also be required oversee and/or guide the work of a limited number of Gardener and Maintenance Workers while working on jobs;
- Other duties as required;

Desirables

- Construction industry white card (preferred not required);
- Current driver’s licence;
- Willingness to work as part of a team and on evenings and weekends (if required);
- Ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures closely;




- A positive attitude and energetic approach to working;
- Willingness and ability to undertake physical work;
