GRAPHIC DESIGNER WELL VERTIFull-time | Arundel, Gold Coast | Fridays WFH

Help us take an Australian water wellness brand global.Well Verti is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team at our Arundel HQ.

This is a long term, in house role for someone who wants to do much more than simply execute design briefs. Your task will be making our innovative NEW to market filtration poducts desirable as beauty except this product actually changes people’s everyday lives.

You'll work across virtually every visual touchpoint of the Well Verti brand, from high performing Meta ads and EDMs to website design, product launches, packaging and global campaigns.

We're looking for someone with an exceptional eye for beautiful, elevated design, but who also understands that outstanding creative needs to perform commercially.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ONYou'll work closely with our founders and marketing team across:

- Meta and digital advertising creative
- EDM and email campaign design
- Website banners, landing pages and e-commerce creative
- Product packaging and print-ready artwork
- New product launches
- Campaign concepts and creative rollouts
- Social and organic brand assets
- Retail creative
- Product imagery and retouching
- Presentations, brand collateral and internal creative
- Ad variations and creative testing
- Maintaining and evolving Well Verti's visual identity as we expand globally

Has beautiful design aesthetic.

Understands premium wellness,



beauty or lifestyle branding.

Has experience designing for e commerce.

Can design an ad that converts.... not just one that looks pretty.

Understands website and mobile first design.

Has experience with EDMs

Can confidently work with packaging, dielines and print-ready artwork.

Is extremely detail oriented.

Can move quickly and comfortably between multiple projects.

Takes feedback well but also brings their own ideas to the table.

Wants ownership rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do.

Experience across Shopify, Klaviyo, light motion/video or performance marketing would be a big advantage. These skills are also showing up frequently in comparable current e-commerce designer roles.

WHY WELL VERTI?This isn't a role where you'll spend the next three years resizing the same corporate brochure.

We're building Well Verti for the long term, with global expansion, new products and major creative projects ahead of us that will help peoples lives.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape how an Australian brand looks and feels as it grows internationally.

You'll work directly with the founders, see your ideas move quickly from concept to market, and have genuine creative influence over the brand.

The role is based from our Arundel office Monday, Thursday, with Fridays working from home.
