Our team brings together decades of industry experience and more than 60 awards, with experience spanning salon work, competitions, education, editorial and fashion.

What we offer:

- $32-$45 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
- No weekends, our salon operates Monday to Friday
- Full-time or part-time options, from 2 to 5 days per week

About the role You’ll work across a broad range of salon services including:

- Cutting and styling

- Foiling and highlighting

- Dimensional and personalised colour

- Toners and glossing

- Blow waves and finishing

- Colour corrections
- In-depth client consultations




- Home-care and product recommendations
- Rebooking and building long-term client relationships

We want someone who takes pride in their technical work, but also understands that a great salon experience is about more than the finished hair. Our clients value attention to detail, consistency, connection and feeling genuinely looked after. About you To be considered for the role, you will:

- Hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing
- Be confident across cutting, colouring, foiling and styling

- Have professional salon experience
- Have strong consultation and communication skills
- Have strong spoken English skills to confidently consult and communicate with clients
- Be reliable, professional and comfortable working as part of a team
- Take pride in your work and the experience you provide your clients
- Be interested in continuing to learn and develop your craft
- Value long-term client relationships rather than simply moving through appointments

As a L’Oréal salon, previous experience working with L’Oréal Professionnel colour is highly regarded, particularly experience with ranges such as Majirel, Dia Color and Dia Light, however it is not essential for the right candidate. Interested?
