Blinq is seeking a Recruiter to scale its global team from Melbourne. You will own end-to-end recruiting across critical functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent.
You'll build pipelines across Australia and the US, run structured interviews, and help strengthen Blinq’s employer brand as the company grows. This is a quick-paced startup role with hybrid work and in-person collaboration three days a week.
