Role Description The Senior IR | HR Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC,



supporting the delivery of the SRL East project through expert industrial relations and human resources advice. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations matters, and assisting leaders with performance, conduct, and grievance issues. The role involves interpreting and applying labor and employment law, advising on enterprise agreements, and supporting negotiations with unions and employee representatives.

The advisor will oversee HR processes related to workforce planning, onboarding, and employment lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations. The position also contributes to building a positive workplace culture by coaching managers, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and supporting change management across project teams.
