Role: Senior Microsoft Dynamics & Copilot Program Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics & Copilot Program Manager to lead strategic CRM and business transformation initiatives across Sales, Customer Engagement, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Business, and Technology teams.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Translate business challenges into actionable CRM, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, roadmap discussions, and prioritization sessions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and successfully navigate complex business environments.
- Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups with differing priorities.

Microsoft Dynamics & CRM Leadership

- Lead the roadmap, delivery, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities.
- Drive improvements across customer engagement, sales effectiveness, lead management, and reporting processes.
- Partner with business teams to optimize CRM utilization and user adoption.
- Ensure CRM initiatives align with broader business transformation objectives.

Microsoft Copilot & AI Enablement

- Lead the identification and implementation of Microsoft Copilot use cases across Sales and Customer Operations.
- Drive AI adoption initiatives to improve productivity, customer engagement, and decision-making.




- Work closely with business users to define measurable business outcomes from Copilot investments.
- Support change management and adoption strategies for AI-driven ways of working.

Power Platform & Automation

- Oversee implementation of solutions leveraging:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Copilot Studio
- Power BI
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Partner with technical teams to deliver scalable and sustainable Power Platform solutions.

Program Delivery & Governance

- Manage end-to-end delivery of CRM, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Technology, Architecture, Data, and external vendors.
- Manage program planning, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Track business outcomes, adoption metrics, and value realization.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, CRM Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology Delivery.
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives.
- Strong experience working directly with Sales, Customer Engagement, or Revenue Operations teams.
- Experience leading Microsoft Copilot, AI,



automation, or digital workplace transformation initiatives.
- Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior business stakeholders and complex organizational environments.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Enterprise Delivery methodologies.
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Superannuation environments preferred.
