Role Description The Senior .NET SmartIQ Developer will design, develop, and maintain robust .NET-based applications and SmartIQ solutions that support The HR Ally’s AI-enabled HR products and services.
Responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, implementing and optimizing OOP-based architectures, integrating ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core components, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating closely with product owners, HR domain experts,
and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems. This is a contract, on-site role based in Coree, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional teams and active participation in code reviews and technical discussions.
Qualifications
- Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) and general Programming skills for designing maintainable, modular software solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Software Development using .NET Core, including building, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC for creating scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications and APIs.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative development environment.
- Experience integrating applications with databases, APIs, and cloud services; familiarity with CI/CD and version control (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a contract, on-site setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in HR tech or enterprise SaaS is an advantage.
