We're growing on the East Coast, and we're looking for a Senior Consultant-level Operations Productivity Specialist to lead workstreams on site with our NSW and Queensland clients. Ideally you're in Brisbane, but anywhere on the East Coast works. Fair warning: this is a boots-on-the-ground role, and you'll be on site most weeks.

? What You'll Be Doing

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with OX and client teams, leading your own patch of the engagement and owning the outcome. That looks like:

- Leading a workstream and its client task team through to delivery, with minimal supervision
- Solving problems at the work-package level: getting to root cause, building the analysis and landing actionable, client-ready recommendations
- Coaching frontline leaders through to Superintendents on how to run their area better
- Setting up and running the work plan, milestones and priorities for your workstream, and coordinating with the other workstreams around you
- Turning complex ideas into straightforward, visual, "ohhh now I get it" documents that need minimal rework
- Building practical tools that stick (reports, trackers,



visual boards, MOS cadences)
- Mentoring the Consultants working alongside you
- Spotting opportunities for the client and for OX, and feeding into proposals and BD
- Being a positive force who lifts the herd, not drags it down

Basically: you'll help clients get unstuck, using clarity, structure, and good old-fashioned elbow grease. And you'll be trusted to do it without someone looking over your shoulder. ? Minimum Requirements (No Bull)

To pull this yoke with us, you'll need:

- 8+ years of relevant experience, with real site exposure in mining operations and/or consulting with site delivery
- A background as a Supervisor through to Superintendent (or equivalent), or in operational improvement consulting on site
- Experience leading an improvement scope or workstream with a client or site team
- Based on the East Coast of Australia (Brisbane preferred), and able to spend 60%+ of your time on site (rostered or as the work demands)
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Strong analytical and problem-solving chops, and the judgement to know when good enough is good enough
- The ability to build trust quickly with operators, frontline crews and their leaders
- Initiative (you pull your weight without waiting to be told)
- Hunger to learn, grow,



and take feedback (and give it)

- Brisbane-based
- Experience implementing a Management Operating System, short-interval control or value chain improvement
- PowerPoint & Word wizardry
- Excel & Power BI skills
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or Finance
- Ability to tolerate (and maybe enjoy) the occasional ox pun
