Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Senior Plumber to join our Sydney team.

This is an opportunity for a skilled plumber who is confident working independently, takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys the variety that comes with commercial maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Plumber, you'll be an important part of our Sydney team, providing technical support and guidance to other plumbers while also managing your own workload and attending a range of commercial sites.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supporting and assisting other plumbers with technical advice, fault finding and problem solving
- Providing guidance and mentoring to other plumbers and apprentices
- Being a point of contact for other plumbers when assistance is required in the field
- Leading by example and maintaining CAB Plumbing's high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service
- Commercial plumbing maintenance and reactive service work
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Base building maintenance
- Sewer and drain blockages
- Plumbing and gas servicing and repairs
- Roof leak investigations and repairs
- Installation and servicing of Zip and Billi systems
- Preventative maintenance for major commercial clients
- Identifying and recommending solutions to clients and site representatives
- Completing quality job reports, photos and documentation




- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to CAB Plumbing's standards

What We're Looking For We're looking for a Senior Plumber who brings experience, professionalism, leadership and a strong customer focus.

You'll ideally have

- Australian Plumbing Trade Qualification
- Extensive experience in commercial maintenance plumbing
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working independently across commercial sites
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to confidently liaise with clients, facility managers and site representatives
- Current White Card
- Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Backflow and TMV accreditation – advantageous but not essential
- Gas servicing experience/licensing – advantageous
- Experience with Zip and Billi systems – advantageous
