What you'll be doing:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will report into the Chief Product Officer and collaborate with a cross functional agile scrum team of Product Owners, front and back-end engineers, designers, testers and business analysts to deliver on the product vision.

You will also work closely with the Head of Product Delivery, Scrum Master, and all other key business stakeholders to shape and define the broader strategy (including CX, Operations, Finance, Risk and Legal).

- Product Leadership: You are the Senior Product Manager for payments across the business, making sure everyone knows what is needed to be done and why. Taking the vision and turning it into actionable outputs.
- Deliver your product roadmap: Collaborate with the POs to ensure your product requirements get translated, land and deliver the required results you desire




- Product Enhancements: Our current products and processes are awesome (check out Client online if you haven't already, we'd love to have you as a customer), however, there will always be room for improvements. You will need to identify and implement these improvements with input and support from the wider business stakeholders.
- Product Expansion: Client is starting with a B2C refinance only offering for a lower risk segment of the market. We are in the process of expanding our entire product suite. We will be serving new segments in the coming months, which makes this role even more significant and exciting to the success of Client. We will be working across B2B clients who will have their own separate needs that will need to be factored in.
- Product Evolution: work with the CPO and the wider product and CX team to evolve the strategy of the Client business and figure out what this means and what is required to get it done
- Lead: Be authentic, be generous, be a role model for the Client business and act as a central point of contact and expert across multiple workstreams, providing guidance and assistance in decision making process.
- At all times, effectively build, influence and proactively manage stakeholder (internal and external) relationships.

What you should have

- Experience in or an evident passion for Fintech Experience in payments and understanding of settlements, liquidity management across the Australian payments network and Visa payment rails. (NPP, Visa Debit and BPAY, with knowledge of PayTo and future enhancements)
