About the Role

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join our WorkForce Software practice and own the end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS implementations across a portfolio of clients.

This is a permanent, full-time, client-facing role at the heart of project delivery, you will bring together clients, third-party vendors, consultants, technical specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose, sustainable outcomes.

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading WorkForce Software implementations from project initiation through to go-live, hypercare, and transition to support. You'll provide leadership across project planning, governance, stakeholder management, commercial performance, risk management, and delivery execution while ensuring solutions align with client objectives, contractual commitments, and agreed project scope.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, managing commercial outcomes, and leading project teams through complex implementation challenges.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience leading complex SaaS or enterprise software implementations
- A strong background in Project Management, Professional Services, or Delivery Leadership
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, commercial outcomes, and delivery risk
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and geographically distributed environments
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with a strong client mindset
- Experience delivering Workforce Management, HCM, HRIS, payroll, or related enterprise technology solutions (is a bonus)
