About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing project delivery team and lead major renewable energy projects valued between $50M and $800M.

This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working across the full delivery lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for overall project performance, including program, cost, commercial outcomes, risk, quality, safety and client relationships making sure our projects are well planned, well managed and delivered successfully.

You’ll be involved from the early stages of project establishment, helping set up project governance, approvals, permits, management plans, procurement strategies and mobilisation through to construction and handover. Key Responsibilities;

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major renewable energy EPC and Balance of Plant projects.
- Take ownership of project program, budget, cost control, forecasting and overall financial performance.
- Manage contracts, variations, claims and other commercial matters.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact throughout the project.
- Lead and manage subcontractors, consultants and delivery partners.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, engineering, procurement and construction activities.
- Establish project management, construction,



environmental and traffic management plans.
- Coordinate planning approvals, permits, authority requirements and stakeholder interfaces.
- Lead project mobilisation and ensure the team, resources and procurement are ready for construction.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and create a positive, accountable project culture.
- Provide clear and regular project reporting to clients and senior leadership.
- Drive a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring to the team

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in project management, ideally within EPC, construction or major infrastructure.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued between $50M and $800M.
- Strong experience across renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, BESS, HV or Balance of Plant.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, including cost management, forecasting, variations and claims.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors.
- A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems and keep projects moving.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
