You’ve been a foreman or Site Manager for a few years delivering fitout projects, and you’re ready for a change.

You want a builder that looks after its team, works well with its subbies and gives you the support to run a positive job.m Minimal headaches is the aim.

This builder has been around for 14 years, so they are well established in the FO sector, and you'll deal directly with the owners and your PM, so decisions are made quickly with your voice being heard.

Safety matters here. You’ll have the backing to do things properly, without cutting corners. There’s variety too, with education and university projects alongside commercial office fitouts.

Salary is in the $180k–$220k package range with yearly pay reviews and an annual bonus based on the success of your projects.

Immediate start available as an existing SM in the team is moving interstate. First project would be a live environment project at UTS.

- 14 staff have been there for five years or more, with a focus on respect, support and training




- Projects from $500k to $10 million across commercial, university, education and health fitouts
- Regular social events, industry functions and paid training, with a family-friendly approach

This role sounds great, but what experience are you looking for?

If you can tick the following 4 boxes we’d love to have a chat

- You’ve worked on construction fitout sites for at least five years as a foreman or SM running your own projects
- You've had exposure to live sites that are complicated to deliver
- You are red hot at safety on site and dealing with clients/stakeholders
- You've ideally had expsoure to labs and research facilities at universities like UTS, UNSW, Western Sydney etc
