Key Responsibilities:

- Assess designs for NCC/BCA compliance and issue BA3, BA17, and BA18 certificates.
- Conduct site inspections, compliance audits, and due-diligence assessments.
- Review performance solutions and alternative building compliance approaches.
- Provide technical advice on statutory requirements from concept to completion.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, developers, and regulatory authorities.

What You’ll Bring:

- Level 1 or Level 2 Building Surveyor registration in WA.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Building Surveying or related discipline.
- Deep knowledge of NCC/BCA standards and statutory building approvals.
- Strong report-writing, plan-interpretation, and communication skills.
- Practical,
