Our client is a large, well-established construction organisation based in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Following a recent SAP S/4HANA implementation across several of their businesses, they're looking to bring in an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to help manage volume and drive process efficiency during this period of transition.

This is a 6-month temporary contract with genuine potential for extension or permanency, based five days per week on-site in Campbellfield.

The Role
You'll be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable processing across a number of entities. This is a systems-focused role rather than a stakeholder-heavy one, you won't be spending your time liaising directly with suppliers, contractors or subcontractors. Instead, the focus is on accuracy, volume management and making the most of the SAP environment already in place, including:

- End-to-end AP processing across multiple entities and business units
- Working within SAP S/4HANA, including the CIM (Central Invoice Management) module for OCR and invoice processing
- Utilising Zidello as part of the broader AP toolset




- Managing high transaction volumes with strong attention to detail and process discipline

About You

- Proven end-to-end Accounts Payable experience, ideally within a large, multi-entity or multi-BU setting
- Hands-on SAP experience is essential — S/4HANA experience highly desirable
- Comfortable picking up new modules and workflows quickly within a live SAP environment (training will be minimal — you'll need to hit the ground running)
- Available to start immediately
- Able to commit to five days per week on-site in Campbellfield
