About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of the new West End store.
This is a role for someone who enjoys having autonomy and wants to be more than just a Store Manager. You will have the opportunity to make decisions, react quickly to the ever-changing nature of fashion retail and have a genuine influence on how the store operates.
You will lead the day-to-day store operation, including team management, merchandising, stock and customer experience, while helping build a strong local team and community of volunteers.
The role offers a Monday to Friday roster, with some flexibility around the roster for the right person. Weekend work can also be accommodated for someone who prefers it.

Skills and Experience





- Previous Store Management experience within fashion retail
- Strong understanding and passion for fashion, product and trends
- A background in fashion buying would be highly regarded
- Mature and confident management style
- Someone who takes ownership and enjoys being accountable for their store
- Quick thinking and adaptable, with the ability to react to changing stock and customer demands
- Solutions-focused approach to challenges
- Solid people skills and the ability to build a positive team culture
- Ideally Brisbane based, with strong local community connections and the ability to attract volunteers
