About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our established multidisciplinary team based from our Elizabeth Vale clinic.
This is an opportunity to continue doing meaningful clinical work while taking a more active role in mentoring, supporting and developing other practitioners.
You'll manage a varied and more complex caseload across clinic, home, school and community settings, generally supporting participants within approximately 30 minutes of Elizabeth Vale and across surrounding northern Adelaide communities.
You'll also bring your experience to the broader team through clinical mentoring, supervision, case discussions and shared learning, helping less experienced practitioners build their confidence and capability.
A Team You'll Actually Feel Part Of Our Elizabeth Vale team is made up of 9 clinicians and has built a culture they describe as kind, fun and determined.
It's a genuinely connected multidisciplinary environment where clinicians regularly bounce ideas off each other, collaborate around shared participants and celebrate the wins together.
You'll work alongside OT and Speech Pathology colleagues with experience across feeding, communication, emotional and sensory regulation and home modifications, giving you access to different clinical perspectives when working through more complex presentations.
The team connects through weekly meetings, Communities of Practice, multidisciplinary discussions and regular supervision, alongside morning teas, lunches and plenty of office banter.
