Assistant Property Manager

Take ownership of a growing property portfolio An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Property Manager to join a growing property group with a portfolio commercial assets across South East Queensland.

Based from a inner city Head Office, you'll have genuine ownership of your portfolio, work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across property, leasing, development and finance teams.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for assisting on the day-to-day management and performance of a diverse SEQ portfolio, including:

- Managing tenant and client relationships
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors and operational requirements
- Monitoring lease compliance, critical dates and tenant obligations
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and monthly property reports
- Reviewing financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining presentation standards
- Working closely with leasing and wider property teams to drive asset performance
- Managing day-to-day operational and property requirements across the portfolio

About You
We're looking for a proactive Assistant Property Manager who takes ownership, communicates confidently and enjoys finding practical solutions.
You'll ideally have:

- 1 years' property management experience,



preferably in retail or commercial property
- Strong financial, organisational and property management skills
- Confidence dealing with tenants, clients, contractors and other stakeholders
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Robust attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Experience with Cirrus8 is advantageous but not essential
- A genuine interest in property and desire to grow with a business
