The Projects:
You’ll work across a genuinely diverse portfolio, with the companies projects ranging from $1M to $150M, including:

- Residential & mixed-use
- Retail
- Sports & recreation
- Industrial
- Childcare
- Development projects

The business works with a strong mix of established and private clients, including major builders, developers and government-related organisations.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and working closely with consultants, builders and stakeholders.

We’re open to backgrounds across construction, architecture and engineering. What matters most is your ability to operate confidently on the client side and take ownership of your projects.
We’re looking for someone with:

- Strong project delivery experience
- Proven client-side or consultancy experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills




- Strong commercial awareness
- Good understanding of Queensland legislation, approvals and project processes
- The ability to work autonomously and make decisions
- High energy, initiative and a strong work ethic
- A genuine interest in delivering great projects
- Multisector experience is highly desirable
- Development PM experience will also be considered
- Flexibility to undertake some site travel, including projects in northern Queensland
