OVERVIEW

Our client is a highly regarded commercial property agency with a premium residential portfolio of around 80 properties. With the portfolio continuing to grow, they are looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of the portfolio and play a key role in its ongoing development.

You’ll manage a well maintained portfolio located around Adelaide’s City Fringe, with a focus on delivering a high level of service while continuing to grow the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a premium portfolio of approximately 80 residential properties around the city fringe
- Grow the portfolio through proactive Business Development and networking
- Develop and nurture referral relationships with investors, developers and industry professionals
- Conduct rental appraisals and present management proposals
- Build strong landlord relationships and provide strategic investment advice
- Coordinate leasing, routine inspections, maintenance and compliance
- Manage lease renewals and resolve tenancy matters professionally
- Identify opportunities to improve client retention and portfolio performance
- Deliver a high level of service to landlords and tenants

CRITERIA:

- Experienced Property Manager with a strong understanding of residential property management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous Business Development experience within a residential property agency is desirable
- A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to business growth
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Current South Australian Real Estate Registration
- Current driver's licence
