We're currently building our Mental Health Nursing sick-call pool for facilities in Perth, and we'd love to hear from experienced RNs and ENs who thrive in fast-turnaround, high-trust environments.

About the Role:
These are casual sick-call shifts, often filled with less than 24 hours' notice, covering mental health units across Perth. You'll need to be confident, adaptable, and ready to step into an unfamiliar ward and provide safe, competent care from the outset.

Shift patterns: AM, PM, and Night shifts available — sick-call pool nurses set their own availability and are contacted as shifts arise.

Pay:



Competitive above casual rates + penalties based on your level.

What We're Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
- Mental health nursing experience, can include undergraduate placement experience
- Comfortable working across various acuity levels and areas
- Solid understanding of risk rating assessments
- Experience supporting consumers with mood disorders
- Familiarity with common mental health nursing medications
- Availability for short-notice, sick-call shifts in Perth
