We are seeking a VR GP to join a long-established mixed-billing practice located in Melbourne's Bayside region.

The practice has built a solid reputation across the Bayside area and offers a supportive environment where doctors are given the freedom to practise medicine their way, backed by experienced nurses, administration staff, and a collaborative team culture.
What to expect:
- Established patient base with strong ongoing demand
- Mixed billing practice
- Multiple experienced GPs onsite
- Broad range of presentations including men's health, women's health, children's health, skin checks, minor procedures, and chronic disease management
- Experienced nursing and administration support

Offer:
- 70% of billings or $200/hour guarantee for the first 3 months, whichever pays more
- Standard 15-min consult is $100

Requirements:
- Vocational Registration (FRACGP | FACRRM or equivalent)
